These terms cover builtrevenue.com and the internal tools Built Revenue uses to run its own work, including Local Media Desk (together, the “services”). By using them you agree to these terms.

Internal tools

Local Media Desk and related tools are provided for use by Built Revenue and people it authorizes. They are not offered for sale or for public sign-up. Access can be granted or withdrawn at any time. Each user is responsible for obtaining any recording notice or consent that applies to the meetings they choose to record.

Website content

Articles, proposals and other materials on builtrevenue.com are provided for information. Shared client materials are confidential to the people they were shared with and may not be redistributed without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access pages, data or tools you have not been given access to, interfere with the services, or use them for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Built Revenue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
